Payment is handled strictly via cash on collection when you arrive at our Horsham workshop to pick up your item.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and update your reservation.

4. Local Collection-Only Terms

We operate strictly on a local collection-only basis from our Horsham workshop location, and we do not offer courier or delivery services.

First, you must ensure that your vehicle boot space or van interior can safely accommodate the dimensions of your ordered item.
Second, you can choose your collection date and time slot at checkout when completing your details.

5. Collection Inspection & Cancellations

Because buyers inspect their chosen furniture piece in person at collection, you can confirm full satisfaction before completing your cash payment and taking the item home.

If you decide an item is not suitable during your in-person inspection, we cancel the order immediately with zero obligation.
However, once you inspect, approve, pay cash, and collect the item from our workshop, the sale becomes final.
Furthermore, you reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before your scheduled pickup appointment.

6. Liability & Governing Law

SWC Restored Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from our store.
